Is CredClock priced per user?
No. Every plan is a flat monthly price for your whole account. Add team members without your bill changing — unlike per-seat documentation platforms that charge $30+ per technician.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 25 credentials, 1 organization, email reminders, and CSV import/export. No credit card required to start.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You keep access until the end of your billing period, then move to the Free plan. Your data is never deleted — your oldest 25 credentials stay active and the rest become read-only until you resubscribe.
What counts as a credential?
Any tracked expiration entry: a password, API key, SSL certificate, SSH key, domain registration, license key, MFA secret, OAuth secret, signing certificate, service account, or token.
Do you store the actual passwords or keys?
Never. CredClock stores only labels, types, expiration dates, and reminder settings — no secret values, on any plan. There is nothing sensitive to breach.
Which plans include Slack and Microsoft Teams alerts?
